I am trying to install an aftermarket cruise control on a 1997 Malibu 2.4L and can't locate the VSS or tach wire. HELP Please!!!

VSS Wire: Location 8 Black 24 Pin Connector, Position 16
VSS Wire Color: GREEN / WHITE
VSS Pulse: 4000

Location 8 - above or behind drivers kick panel
