Does anyone know if it is possible to tap into my cruise control and control it from my computer? I would really appreciate anyone's input.

Sure, you probably just need to find a microcontroller you can use to duplicate the control switch functions. You can probably even key in a desired speed if you can monitor the vehicle speed signal. Check here for microcontrollers and/or search for similar sites. https://www.eio.com/micintro.htm
