I have a 1986 dodge caravan with a working cruise control system. I was wondering if I can put this in my 1986 volvo 740 gle both cars ahve the same ppm both have a 4 cylander engine but the olny difference is the volvo has a manual trany, and fule injected.

Unless the cruise control unit is a universal aftermarket cruise, you won't be able to transfer the units. There are far too many obstacles to overcome to even contemplate tring it. Square peg and round hole comes to mind.
