Hello... Brandt here...

I am working to install Rostra's GlobalCruise on a 1990 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera and need to know the wiring connections for the switch.

I have the colors of white, blue, red, and grey at the switch.

The only problem is that those are not Rostra colors. Rostra would use Red, Brown, Green and Yellow. So I am guessing that you are trying to use a factory switch. If you can find me a schematic of the factory switch, I might be able to help.

Those colors are not for a factory lever either. I suggest you get a Rostra cruise lever for the car.
