Where to find the wire for vss? Looked at the PCM module, under the air filter assembly. Could not find the proper color wire. Any idea if there is another location to find this wire? Also if anyone has ever done one of these, any suggestions on hooking up to the throttle body. There are no exposed bolts to attach anything to. Just a plastic peice attached to the air filter assembly. Any help would greatly appreciated

VSS WIRE

As for the VSS wire its green white, you can find this on the transmission. In a 2 pin plug, one is blue/black, the other is GREEN / WHITE. It is infront of the pcm much easier than tearing open the harness for the pcm to find the wire. Now as for making a connection to the throttle body you will find there is two tracks. the bottom one is for factory cruise. remove the throttle cable and mount the cruise cable directly under. then run the wire along the cam in the bottom track and make an end that can sit inside just like the throttle cable. just finished one today, works great..
