Prime Audio & Video is seeking an entry level technician to install basic equipment into vehicles:
Car Stereos Speakers, Navigation Bluetooth Amplifires and woofers OEM Integration Alarm and Remote Starters

The right technician will have the following qualifications:
-A minimum of 2 yrs shop experience
-Have his or her own basic 12volt installation tools (or the ability to purchase)
-Valid drivers license with a good driving record
-Be Drug Free (including marijuana/cannibis)
-Great communication skills
-Attention to detail along with strong problem solving skills
-Above average computer skills (Microsoft Office applications)
-Good Verbal/Written communication

Primary Responsibilities:
This position is primarily responsible for the installation of mobile electronics into customer’s vehicles. Also ensures each customer receives the highest level of support. You must ensure work is performed to the highest standard and all scheduled appointments are met. This position requires excellent customer service skills and professionalism at all times. Outdoor work required regularly in all weather conditions. This position also requires automotive or electrical/electronics experience. We will provide all specific product training.

Additional Responsibilities/Shop Expectations:
-Ensure high quality installations to new and existing customers.
-Provide exceptional levels of maintenance, troubleshooting and support for existing customers, in a punctual and efficient manner.
-Provide courteous, well-presented and informed customer care, whenever possible, meeting all customer requirements and queries and solving all customer problems on-site.
-Monitor and verify that all paperwork is complete, accurate and provided on a timely basis.
-When required, provide backup support to other Installation & Service personnel.

Technicians are expected to communicate with office on a regular basis, which will alleviate any problems to ensure a smooth handoff to customers. Start time is will vary depending on the day’s work detail; however the shop opens at 9am each morning and is currently by appointment only due to Covid19.
