I tried to post a new topic in the Car Security Hot Topics Section just now and was told I don't have permission.
Interesting because 2 of mine are already in the top four so mods, could I have a reason please?

No one can create a new topic in the hot topics forum. If a topic becomes a hot topic, it will be moved to it.
