i tried making a paypal account but didnt include my banking info and was gonna do it later, but in that time my paypal got hacked or something, i got a few emails from paypal saying there was unauthorized acess which didnt bug me too much since there was nothing important on there at the time but then i got an email saying that my paypal info was going to be sent to another email account so i notified paypal and closed my account, since then i've been kinda leery, i've tried mastercard but it still wants me to use paypal.

There are tons of phony PayPal emails sent out daily, all of which are spoofs. PayPal will only address you by name and never by PayPal user. https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_help-ext&eloc=34&loc=5&unique_id=609971&source_page=_security-center-outside&flow=

Instead of opening a new thread I thought id just post in this one. I was wondering if I could get one of those donation icons under my name, I payed with my e-mail of moserjason@hotmail.com from pay pal and am registered on this site under jasonmoser@shaw.ca

Alpine Guy, we assigned the icon to the user name associated with that email address. Please send us an email from that email account stating that you wish to have it changed to this user name. BTW, the other user name will be made inactive.

Whell I searched and searched, could not find an e-mail address to e-mail too?? I tryed to PM you, looks like your box is full. This is Jason Moser here "Alpine Guy", this is my other account I had set up for the other installer at work, he finally got his own account. You can go ahead and delete this account. Whats the e-mail address I would have to send confirmation to?

12volt i sent you a donation but from an address that does not match my site email because at the time i created paypal they didnt have GMail.
