wow its been a long time since i posted here i didnt get to finish my last ford explorer fiberglass computer console after the trans went, although i may finish it any way in the future.

ive moved on to smaller engines and i got a suzuki lt50g quadrunner atv that needs a new body and i plan to use the old beat up plastics to make the molds and since i work at autozone and got 20% off almost anything in the store i can add a few decorative enhancements.

ill post photos soon

i also have a suzuki what i think is a 230cc that i do not know anything about that is in desperate need of a transmission and lots of engine components. the body on this one is really tore up and i plan to do the same but it will need some work to get the old plastics sanded so its smooth enough the last owner made a mess of what was supose to be a body filling job.

and finally i got a 90 kawasaki zr550 b1 zephyr i have been wanting to make a fiberglass nose cowel so i can change the round headlight to 2 individual hid headlights and hopefully be able to use a windshield from like a 08 suzuki.

3 projects 1 post yup this way i can keep better track and ill label them accordinglly.

this will be fun and different since most of the stuff here is about cars.

i may even find myself compelled to use a old homemade trailer chassis to build a towable media station complete with fiberglass molded body and speaker enclosures and amp pedestals even a computer and wireless internet and external usb so you can walk up and sync a zune to the trailer and get free music lol dare to dream.

but anyhow ill be posting pics and details soon i got to get a new camera

ok here they are

as you see i got the first layer of glass on the rear body of the suzuki lt 50g and i cut the exxess off with a dremmel and a cut off wheel

after i sand some rough spots i will add a second layer and sand again.

then i will pop the mold and add a third layer underneath this mold since its for my boys to ride around i need it to be strong.

the front cover on htis atv is ok it just has chew marks from a dog the last owner sold it to me after the dog tore it up so ill just sand the chewed up parts and hit it with body filler and sand, then go staright to primer and base coat and then paint and clear top coat with a lil sanding here and there if needed.
