ok im making a custom paintball gun case.

what i need to know is what do i need to do to keep the resin from distorting the foam when applying the fiberglass?

i do not want to make a mold, i want to make the foam and fiberglass one and the same when i am done.

if i need to explain more let me know i will do my best.

what I did with my mold, if you do not have molding clay, and only foam, If i were you, use thin masking tape, and tape the whole thig, that way when ur done, you can un-stick the mold and have a perfect replica of the mold.

light spray adhesive and foil.. works for me every time. gotta go light on the spray though, cuz it can eat the styrofoam if sprayed striaght on..
