im located in northern va really doesnt matter ill buy ofline but im lookin to buy a router any ideas on where to start

when you say "northern" Virginia, where abouts? There are a few fun tool stores (not like they all aren't :P) in the Richmond area called northern tool, and harbor freight. I'd still recommend getting power tools and stuff through a big box hardware store, but these stores are GREAT for little stuff. I picked up this set of wrenchware at northern tool yesterday for 10 bucks, awesome for the tool box. LOL
