what weight fiberglass cloth to use?

I've been looking online to buy fiberglass cloth/mat and i've noticed that there are many different weights... ive seen from 3/4oz all the way up to 32oz..what is the ideal weight for building sub boxes and such?

The smaller weight will be easyer to go around curves ect...

Lighter weight fleece will also suck up less resin which is nice.
