hey guys

heres my plans for a box

I plan to make a custom box for my TSW3004spl sub. my recomended cu.ft is 1.25.  I am goin for a Rectangle box 450mmX350mmX350mm and 1 inch thick. A couple of questions. 1) i want to mount them forward facing so am think of a clear plexiglass backing. how would i secure this. what materials would i use to seal it and hold it together. as i said this is my first attempt i may sound like a newb but as soon as i get suggestions i am away laughing.

2) would 1 inch thick plexiglass b thick enough for a sub of this quality?

3) would it need to be carpeted or could i jus cover it in the colour of the rest of my install

#1. A countersink bit and Drywall screws to mount the Plexi.
#2. Yes
#3. That is totally up to you.
