Does anyone know where I can find some kind of plan or template for building a top fire subwoofer enclosure for a 95 chevy extended cab truck?

You will most likely need to fabricate something if you want it to be vehicle specific. Do you have any pictures of the area you were thinking of?

I would suggest doing some measurements to see what kind of subs you can fit, I have seen the storage under the rear seats and you should probably be able to fit one, mabye two shallow mount tens. Have you used fiberglass yet?

Pictures would help, but from what I remember you would have a pretty tough time using only wood for that box because of the compact space. If you have access to somebody that could help you with fg then I would say give them a ring and learn...
