I just finished installing a pioneer F90 nav double din into a 1999 ford expedition.  None of the hardware (trim) will fit onto this panel cover.  I have a quarter inch space around the three sides of the deck.  It looks awful with the space.  Does anyone have any  suggestions as how to fill this ugly gap?  My last resort is to fiber glass it and match paint it.
