I am a novice when it comes to wrapping a box.  Pretty much all the boxes I have done have been in standard issue grey carpet.  I have a few projects coming up, and am looking for ideas on what to use instead of carpet.  I thought about using some sort of laminate covering for the face or front of the box, and then using vinyl for the sides.  Being that I suck at making the edges line up when it comes to the left and the right of the box, also though about recessing the sides of the box in say 1/4"-1/2", and then just cut out a square, cover it, and then glue it in so it sits flush.

Just looking for new ideas, about as creative I have gotten to this point is cutting out logos out of cardboard and then carpeting over them :)
