I currently have a regular custome speaker box in my 2007 Camry but I want to make some type of fiberglass cover with a 19'' monitor in it to make my trunk look more custom. How would I go about doing that and what  material will I need to make the cover curve to fit the contour of my trunk?

First you need to make a housing for you 19" screen. then work off that.

Yeah I can do that part but I don't know where to start after that.  How do I build a fiber glass panel around the screen after that?

Check out the How to make a fiberglass box sticky along with the Fiber glass shopping list sticky. Those will answer most of your questions and provide you some pics of the basic process.
