If i was cutting plexi glass with a circular saw what would be the best type blade for that?

One with ALOT of teeth. The more teeth the better and cleaner the cut. Make sure that you place masking tape on the line that you are going to cut to prevent chipping of the plexiglass.

A sharp blade helps also, and cut nice and slow (smooth).

 

After you have cut the plexi, sand the cut ends with 220/400 paper then take a small hobby torch and heat the edge up till it goes clear. Makes a very professional edge. Practice on some scrap pieces first till you get the hang of it.
