Does the size of the box effect the quality of bass? If so what size what be better big small and shape?

shape really has no bearing on the sound...it is all the amount of air behind the sub.

the bigger the sealed box the deeper the bass usually. but you cant run as much power.
the smaller the box the quicker response the sub has. and the more power you can and need to run.
