Does anyone know of design software that will allow a box to be designed complete with fiberglass areas and be able to measure the cubic feet of the enclosure? I want to get my box as close as possible to the sub specs.

To be accurate you'll need CAD software. You can try Google Sketchup, which is free and pretty good. It takes a little practice to learn to use it.
