I'm working on molding in new taillights on my tail panel that is made out of flexible TEO. I'm updating the taillights on my car so I purchased a new tail panel section that is also TEO. I want to cut out the old taillight section and mold in the new taillight section. What is the best way to do this without it shrinking up and leaving a faint line where I made my cuts? I know there has to be a way to mold everything in that will not cause this issue later on. I don't want this to come back over time.

What materials do I need to use? Thank you

TEO? Perhaps pictures would help, I can't figure out what exactly you're wanting to do.
