I am looking for large blocks of styrofoam to form a mold out of.  Does anyone know of a supplier.

how large? styrofoam melt from the resin..... try select products... they have a product called wonderfoam for sculpting and molding

you can go to a place that sells finerglass on more of an industrial scale and get 2 part foam. it comes in different densities the more the pound kit the harder it is. or you can buy sheets of foam. a 4 inch thick piece 18 inches x 8 feet is about $150. it is cheaper to get the 2 part foam and make it in to a sheet. the quart kit is about 30 dollars.
