This is a project I completed for my old new Beetle. With limited space, I wanted a box to utilize the rear end of the trunk area. With the subs firing into the back glass, the bass was loud and clear even though I used shallow mount subs. There is enough space for a couple of amps to be installed underneath the sub box. I also had two fans circulating air. All in all, I was very satisfied with the end results even though I suck at painting.
