Easiest way to hold Mdf Rings is super glue using a hot accelerator to make it dry instantly.  you can get it at hobby shops, but the best glue is from select products called super T or special T make sure you get the hot accelerator.  It cost about $20 for both. MEKP is Methyl Ethyl Ketone Peroxide which is the hardner for the fiberglass. You must take carewhen using this. must use only a small percentage of hardner compared to resin. You can also get it from Select Products. Request a catalog they have a lot of neat things for car audio installations. Especially, custom fabrication. Contact Craig at 800-458-6063 tell him that Gil told you to call He will fix you up.

Anything will do to hold your rings in place. Hot glue works well, sometimes I just run a few brad nails through it. Sometimes you need to build some tempporary support for your rings and again hot glue works great. Aslo if you design the supports well they will help make the box more rigid and thus more SPL.  I have upon occasion made square or Octoganal "Rings" to help position the rings more consistantly. Hope this was helpful!!
