It depends on your application and where you will be glassing, the basic materials you will need are fiberglass mat (chop), resin, liquid hardener, cheap paintbrushes, and some mixing cups, it is also wise to invest in some disposable latex gloves. You can buy these things at a paint and body supply shop, Home Depot, Lowe's or usually any variety hardware store. Hope this helps, good luck

I want to build a seaker box for on 12" sub. I would just use wood but I want to try something new. I thought about building the sides, back and bottom out of MDF and then the fiberglass in the front to give me some curve to it. Is there any certain mat, hardener, resin, body filler and fleece to get?

I thank you should try using mold fabric from Select Products. you will also need resin and MEKP (harder) and paint brushes, and maybe speaker rings. Here are some pictures to give you some ideal. Well the pictures have more than 30 KB and will not upload. I will e-mail them to you if you like.

it should come with a tube of hardner. the ratio that I use is 1-3%
this gives you plenty of time to work and helps keep the warping to a minimum........if you have a MEKP dispenser you can use 5cc's per 10 ounces. it will vary depending on the temp and humidity. the hotter the temp is the lower the ratio.
