What are the best procedures for this? Is fiberglassing necessary on the inside. Sealing it is my main concern.

Thanks alot. This will help me out very much. Is it a must though to fiberglass the tire well? Will monofoaming it seal it or no?

You can build an enclosure using the metal of the wheelwell but it will not be as rigid as one made using fiberglass. It takes practice to get a glass box right but the results are worth it.
