Hey does anyone know a good spray damping material good for the inside of fiberglass boxes? and if you do what are some good websites or good brand names?

cascade audio is a good spray...you can get it in a can or in a gallon.......they are a good choice because they also do sound deadening for buildings and other applications other that the 12 volt side.....their site is ........ https://www.cascadeaudio.com/

Select products and Dynamat both have good spray on dampening compounds.

not to knock dynamat or select but select doesnt make their products and dynamat doesnt make a lot of their products either.....both silk screen the printing on there mark it up and sell it......so i guess what i am getting at is you can find the identical products around for a lesser price.....always shop around

will damping inside a fiberglass box help with possible flexing? or is it not necesary?

Sound dampening will not stop it from flexing and is not necesary. If you are having problems with flexing then add more glass.
