How do you over come the fact on the driver side of my Expedition, the emerg. brake would not be able to engage all the way with 6.5 speakers on the side of it.

in my opinion i wouldn't place a kick panel there and interfere with your ebrake. not sure of how large expedition door panels are if so you could add another 6.5 there.

Not a wise idea to put the kik panels right were the e-brake is..

buddy did it.. needed to use his e-brake.. had to rip the kik panel off and smash the speakers to use it.. So not fun

Yeah, I'm thinking the same thing.  I'll just reconstruct my doors.  There's plenty of room.

Best of luck dood..

I say mount them higher up on the doors.. Be different then every1 else.. i took my Deck and hooked it up to the side of my drivers door instead of the cneter console.. Sooo crazy looking.
