Polyfill is like the soft, white material you would get a t Walmart to fill pillows with, but for speaker boxes, I think you can get it from crutchfield, I do not know how it will affect your sound though.

fiberfill you can get at a fabric store, it is a pillow filling fabric.......the reason most ppl use fiberfill is to get a thicker, denser bass.......for those of us who have well trained ears, you can hear a big difference, to people on the street, all they hear is thumps......but yea just buy a few bags of those depending on how much space you need to fill........shred it up, and stuff it in the box.......the more dense it is in the box, the more thicker the bass notes are gonna sound......(basically cuz the less air movin around in the box the more is gonna be produced through the sub, thats why you dont stuff ported boxes)

so yea fiberfill will do a lot for you if you're lookin for thicker heavier bass

well my box's are each 1 cu. ft.

and the sound is a little to tight.. so if i put like a bag or 2 in each i should get a lower thumpy sound?

prolly would want two bags in each, and yea that'll get you that thicker thumping sound.........its gonna hit harder give you more of a punch to it, rather than that hollow sound
