In magazines, I keep seeing people with trunks/hatchbacks that have one solid piece of fiberglass going from the left side to the right. I'm talking about fiberglass going below and inside of the trunk/hatchback edges. How are they getting that in there? Or, are they doing everything inside of the vehicle..ie..laminate, sand, finish?

One more question, when you flush mount an amp in a fiberglass enclosure, how the hell do you mount it when there are no removable access panels.

Thanks in advance for any help!

Well, I would build what I could outside of the car, and then finish up the edges inside the car. It is hard to do all of that work in the car. Usually if you do not have the room to flush mount it as is, you would just build up from the sides enough to make it flush mount.

what about flushmounting things? How do you do that and still have access to all teh wires and screws tightening it down?

Well, you don't, unless you remove everything to expose the wires, then build up your box and whatever you are flush mounting, when removed will allow access to your wires. Or you just re route the wires.

Most of the work is done with the body or trunk parts off so they have full access
