Ok I have laid down one layer of mat and took it out of the vehicle.

(I cut pieces about 12 inches by 6, is it better to lay down large pieces or cut it down like I did on the first layer?)

Now, What do I do?

a) Build up he fiberglass enclosure layers (4-5) then attach the baffle (3/4 mdf) with fiberglass on the edges?

b) Attach baffle while building up layers (4-5 layers)?

Any tips will be apreciated

Thanks

Actually, you should put that mold back into the car and lay in about 4 - 5 layers before you take out the mold because the heat from the suring process will warp your project. It will warp it even more if the room temperature is not consistent so make sure that the project is strong enough not to warp on you prior to removal from the car.

If the fiberglass is meeting the baffle at a 90 degree you may want to overlap the cloth about an inch on the outside corner.  Then you will have good stability and can bullnose it for aesthetics.
