Once you mold the whole trunk, it's then in there and done with I understand. But what about like tail lights and what not, if you have a bulb go out, or need to access? Any ideas? As well I'm going ot be using that expanable foam from Home Depot, what you guys think, can fiberglass on top of it. It's the stuff used for filling extreme holes for plumbing and what not, sound proof, and all, works to hold in my box into the spare tire well... Thanks for the help.

I'd recomend not doing the whole trunk in one peice. I've done 3 and 4 peice trunk systems with componets that are just poped in place, like a sub box in the corner covering the tail lights rear access could just be pulled out and put back in with just a screw or a tight fit holding it in. I've never used that foam but have always wondered if it was any good so input on that would help me out as well.

led bulb replacements will usually burn until the car goes to the graveyard plus vibration does not damage element like glass bulbs. good luck.......Dave

i highly recommend a 4 piece install for the trunk, that way you can remove it if needed 2 main fibreglass "boxes" running the length of the spare tire well, then mirrored sidepieces ------------- Hot-Modder
