Never done a 'glass project this large, and hoping someone could give me a fair estimate of how many yards of mat I am going to need. Dont want to order to small amount and then be stuck waiting on another order.
I am making to kickpanels to house a 5 1/4", and a sub enclosure with an internal volume of approximately 1^3 foot for a 12inch sub. I am going to use 17oz knytex biaxial from us composites.
How many yards, and how many layers should I do? Thanks.

where is the sub going?
what part of the box will be glassed?
whay so thick of a mat?
will you be layering the mat on the front or insid ethe box at all?
