Looks awesome !! Here's a little advice for you when you start to sand, make sure that you cover the sub holes with something so that no fiberglass dust gets inside the enclosure. The dust can cause problems in the future with your subs as it can get into the voice coils and wear them prematurely.

Looks really nice. Just wondering how much resin that took?

So far I have used about 60oz. or just under a half gallon. That includes two external coats, One internal coat and the start of an internal mat reinforced coat.  The fleece I am using is pretty thick and does a good job of soaking up the resin.

By the time I am done I probable will use whole gallon Since I am using half inch MDF to cut down on wieght I want to reinforce the side walls with resin also. Depends when I feel it's strong enough with no flex.  Good thing is I won't be pounding this box "real hard".
