assistance needed

this is my first project, i know it is big but i think if i take it slow i can handle it.  well here it is....

first off i want to use kicker solo barics l7 12" subs, 4 of them.  they will be put in sealed mdf boxes about 1.25cubes each and placed at the corners of the trunk to form a some what square shape.  then i will put fiberglass over the mdf to make everything look as one, someone told me this is called a fiberglass face, i am not sure.  i will have an earthquake amp to push them, its the 3000watts rms amp.  it will be in the wheel well which will also hold the 2 yellow tops, and the cap.  hopefully you have a basic idea of what i am trying to do.  now my question is will putting fiberglass like this be okay with the setup, the mdf boxes will be held up with glue/bolts to the frame of the trunk so the fiberglass wont be supporting much weight.  i want the setup to be heard loud but not to overdo it.  it doesnt have to sound to best but most importantly as long as it looks good.  also this is my idea for the back seat.  i have a air suspension setup which uses nitrogen bottles instead of an air compressor and air tank.  i want to cut holes in the back seat.  and create a fiberglass stand/cradle/rack for them,  soo that the regulators stick out and i can adjust them at will.  i just want everything to look complete as one when its actually not.  ideas on the setup, any suggestions.  what would u expect the cost of this to be....... thanks

how much resin do u think? its just a face not the boxes.  do u think it will support the boxes, should i use mat or cloth witht he resin??

well basically i was thinking to lay out all the mdf with the cut outs and make sure everything is how i want it.  then use that polyester material and staple/glue it to the mdf.  then resin and mat it 5 layers like you stated.  sand bondo sand bondo sand (probably the worst part) then prime n paint with some clear coat.  how does that sound?  the face wouldnt effect how the mdf kicker boxes sound, right???

i am trying to picture wha u are saying, this is what i got....fiberglass a shell of the entire trunk, using a few layers of fiberglass mat.  then i would use mdf and some kind of glue to form the frame to hold up the subs......and the amp rack for the sub n comps.  wire what i need to wire. then sealed it off complete with fiberglass mat n resin............ then bondo n do a lot of sanding.   i think this might need a lot more than 2 gallons of resin.  but is this what u are trying to say??
