If there are any of you audio glassn warriors out there owning mid-80s El Camino's, Malibu's, Monte SSs, GNs. I have a suggestion to offer on glassing in a door pod design to allow PROPER placement and alignment of a component speaker set. I personally perfer this to the molded kick pod tradition. These are a sealed design that deliver some of the best midbass accuracy, and really compliment the styling of the rest of the interior. The tweeter is just a flush mount adjustable. If anyone is intersted, I will be glad to share info.
