To make sure that the fiberglass doesnt come up from hard plastic, I should apply 3M spay glue to the entire panel, wrap the entire panel in fleece/cotton material, then fiberglass? Also would one layer be fine since its nothing being held to it (ie.  speakers)?  Thanks

Ruff up the panel with sand paper. Then glass it.

i wouldnt use glue because the resin reacts with it and the glue will stop working.  so i wouldnt even bother with glue.  id just sand it then brush on some resin to hold the mat or fleece in place, then fg like normal.  definately rough it up good and clean it tho to make sure the fg bonds to it.
