question for anyone and everyone, I've primered my project for the 1st time and damn its quite amazing what more blemishes you notice when you add some color!!hehehe Now my question is could I use bondo glazing putty to corect them? Its nothing terribley bad just some slight gouges from sanding, slight dips, and a few pin holes, and some of the curves need to be contoured a little better little things but enough to irritate you after allready spending hours on a project you know what I mean. Just curious if that should work fine or not, rather than mixing up regular bondo. Any answers, tips, or comments are apreciated! thankx

Use the glaze for pin holes and smaller dips, but if they are larger dips or gouges, I highly recommend that you re-bondo that portion of the project if you are thinking of painting. If you are using vinyl or carpet, don't even worry about those spots now and cover the project as it stands.

Yeah as mentioned if you aren't goin to paint the surface you will be fine but other then the Pin holes a rebondo will do you good and also look alot cleaner in the long run for you. God luck.

yeah I'm painting it thats the reason its got to look perfect ya know and that putty works ok, cuts a little time away from mixing being you don't have to obviously, we'll see its not dry yet so this will be the "test" persay if its gonna work out or if I have to go back to regular bondo. thanks for the reply though

hey man what i do as a bondo glaze is i mix half bondo and half fiberglass, if you want it thicker add more bondo more loose and more fiberglass, i like this ways because it kinda levels it self out from being loose it takes all the flaws out easier this way.
