What is the best primer mixture of primer and acrylic lacer thinner?

what kind of primer are you using?
most of the primers i have used it needs a reducer and activator/hardner. and it it mixed 4:1:1.
you might be using a primer that i am not familiar with, so a name and/or number of the primer would help.
