When stretching the mat or fleece how do you make it have as little overlaps as possible?  Do you just do the best you can and then fix the outside with bondo, or try to have as few creases as possible?

I use some spray adhesive to secure the fleece to the MDF rings.  That way you are stretching in usully only one or two directions to reach the edge of the enclosure.  That seems to work well.

number of people helps alot.  one person will have trouble on a big piece, but when me and my bro do it together we could do a really complex piece with no overlap.  fleece will just keep on stretching, you just need alot of people with a little bit of strength.
