I am looking to build a fiberglass enclosure for my 12 sony L121P5. The question I have is how much resin will I need to make a 1.0 cubic volume box using 2.5 oz. mat. I want to use about 6 to 7 layers of mat. i will be using fleece with it also.

id buy the gallon. youll need it and its a better deal than getting two of the pints. fleece will soak up alot of resin.

so your saying that i will need to use a whole gallon of resin or about half. I am going to use fleece with the fiberglass.

probably about 3 quarters for a good thickness. a pint is 9 bucks and a gallon is 24 bucks if you get it locally. just a better deal.
