How do i make a custom subwoofer grill. It must be black at the outside and you don't wanna see the subwoofer. Anyone has ideas ?

use mdf to make a circle ring to go right around your woofer. cover it with cloth (black), and either glue it on or screw it on. If your gonna use screws, you have to use a special kind to prevent the mdf from splitting. i forget what they're called...
