I was wondering where the cheapest place to buy Duraglass online is. The local place (Fiberlay) wants $41 for a gallon of it. The local place (at the time) in Medford Oregon wanted only $26 for that same gallon. So I know it can be had for cheaper.
Also, is there any place that has as good prices on fiberglass materials as US Composites, but is on the west coast? I have a fiberglass project next weekend. Their shipping chart shows 6-7 days for delivery here, and I don't want to take the chance. I guess the other option is to find out the price on 3 day shipping. Thanks.

I'm not sure, but I think it's almost impossible to buy the stuff online, seeing as how it's a hazerdous materiel. better off looking online for a store near your place
You can try checking out Select Products. They have a huge assortment of all that kind of stuff. I buy from them on a constant basis, and the items always get to me in a timely fashion. If you call they can speed the shipping process up. Their new phone number is 1-800-458-6063. Or check them out @ www.selectproducts.com If you call, ask for Yorgen, extremely helpful guy. Tell him James from Dark Knight Motor Sports told you to call him.
You could also check you this place, www.fibreglast.com/ not to many of people have heard of it, but they sell really good product.
Hope work project comes out good.

Thanks for the responses. Unfortunately I run into the same problem with Select Products. They are on the east coast, and it would be 6 days to ship it to me. I tried ordering from US Composites this morning, and do a 3 day shipment. Unfortunately this stuff is classified as hazardous materials, and can only be shipped by ground.
I also checked Fiberglast.com, and found them to be just as expensive as Fiberlay. US Composites is by far the cheapest. Their website is: https://www.shopmaninc.com/polyesters.html

Thanks for the new sites to look at. Cheaper costing product is always a good thing.

I get all of my body filler locally. Look in the Yellow Pages for auto body suppliers. These are the shops that supply the body shops with product. I'm paying $19.50 a gallon for Rage Gold and $22.50 for Everglass (Evercoat's version of Duraglass).
If you can't find any other auto body suppliers locally try asking one of the body shops if they'll get it for you.
