basic materials for fabrication?

this will be my first time attempting fabrication. i was thinking of doing

something with fiberglass. mirrors, and neons for the trunk, but i want a

custom box with moldings on the front so it looks conjoined with the trunk. i

just need to know what basic materials are recommended for this as far as

types of glues, resins, fillers, etc... basically i need to know just the materials

though, not necessarily a specific brand though. any info will help.

get a CAR AND AUDIO MAG. from the store and they have a how to demo speaker box. it tells you fiberglass how many layers ... when to sand and enough general info to get you started. (i could tell you but thats my lazy answer)

a brief list:

mold fabric (fleece, grill cloth, trunk liner)
throw away paint brushes
polyester resin
MEKP
rubber gloves
mixing cups
MDF (for rings and mounts)
fiberglass chop mat .5 oz- 3 oz
maxking tape
mold release
polyester primer
bodyfiller

you can substitute the mold release with tin foil, just make sure it's well sealed with tape.
