Here a couple of pics from my project. The only way to have bass in the cabin is installing a sub between the seats. Textured painted yesterday and now installed to see how it tuns out. Not to bad, i think. Tomorrow i'm ganna mount the sub. A couple of pics.

About the pictures not showing, it does not matter whether you have .JPG or .jpg; so long as you have one of them, it will work. Your pics did not have eihter of them. Some CGI scripts do look at case sensitivity but for direct links as the pictures here, the case does not make a difference but the key is the extension *must* be there.   Proof: Try these three links in a new browser each time:

This will not work:

This will work:

and this will work too!:

try these three links and see for yourself.

After you solved a problem, it is always good to know what really was the cause.

Back to the original question; The sub looks very impressive!

looks like its ok for the front passengers but may be too close to the ears for the rear-passengers. Im curious too as to how it sounds for each of the 4 passengers

is that even a four seat car?  I think it's only a two seater.  That is a sweat install.  Where's the amp?

Indeed, a z3 has only 2 seatsposted_image. @ markcars, maybe check your glassesposted_image (no offence).

@ coomer, Its a 8" Caliber sub who has 100wrms power. Its a brand which is relative famous here (Europe). Its not a lot of power but just enough to be present. I tried a 10 inch but was too big to install.

@ Maxt : it sounds not that bad. Sure there is always better you know, but for me its sufficient. I'am not a great bass fanatic. It was, for me, the only way  to add a sub in the cabin. I prefered adding a sub in the trunk, but this trunk is so sealed, you won't hear the bass inside the interior

@crudeau, The amp is in the trunk. No custom work yet. I will first finish the interior. Have only to mount the tweeters on the dashboard. I'am still test listing.

no offense taken ChrisZ3 since I know my vision is much better than 20/20 as per the doctor who was surprised at my long range visibility and sharpness at the same time.. I must have been really tired when I looked at your pics.. or perhaps on some leaves.. my fault.

And yes, where did you put/hide the amp and what brand speaker is it in the sub enclosure? if you mentionned already sorry for asking again. big hurry rigyt now.
