Hey Guys,

I have a 89 Beretta that has no door panels at all. Was wondering how do I go about framing and F/Ging a whole new one.  I have quite a bit of 1/2in MDF lying around can I use that? Also How do i form a nice handle.  If anyone has any links or anything that could help me I would REALLY appreciate it.

This isn't something that you can just explain . This takes alot of patience and time to try and explain and it still won't be right unless your given a tutorial on how to do this. Try Alpine's site and go to the Civic and Steve Brown has a good photo step by step on how to fabricate what you want.
