Hello, I'm looking for a "Liquid Plastic" type material... so far, I have found

Select Products sells a Liquid Plexi system for making odd shapes in a plexiglass type material. Comes in clear or can be tinted. I hope this helps.

The second one is what I use. The first one isn't the same thing. That's for filling pinholes in body filler. The Liquid Plexi isn't what you want either (assuming you are looking for a liquid plastic). Dominion SureSeal makes one too. Basically you use whatever's available in your area. My supplier used to carry Dominion, now they carry 3M.

Can you tell me more about that Liquid Plexi thing? Does Select Products hava a homepage?

I'm a total newbie when it comes to fiberglass and plexi, but am eger to lern posted_image

The liquid plexi goes under different names. Some call it liquid acrylic (acrylic is the generic name for Plexiglas). I don't know specifically what SP is using but it's usually a two part epoxy that hardens to form a clear plexi-like substance. Some systems require heat and pressure and installers don't use those.

Select has a homepage. Just hang on to your wallet because they're expensive.
