hey guys.. this is my first post, but ive been checkin this site out for a while now. anyways, my question is this... how do you go about making a trunk enclosure that goes underneath the rubber seal in the trunk? like this one. i know how to make molds and how to make stand alone pieces, but this still confuses the crap out of me as far as how these are made. any help would be appreciated. thanks!

remove the weather stripping (thats what the rubber part is) and make your mold of the whole trunk by building a frame within the trunk, masking off the metal parts, fleecing and resining. Cut the orional mold down to size and refit the stripping to make sure it fits. Them finish making ur box. Easier said than done for sure but thats how its accomplished.

i think alphasonik was around for awhile, but never made that big of a name for themselves. now theyre back and trying to make a good name for themselves. that wrx sounds amazing. the amps are real clean and you can taken the plexi covers off those amps and paint or carbon fiber underneath it for a real custom touch.
