hey im new here but ive been reading posts for awhile ive just started trying to learn how to do fiberglass in my spare time and i just started tonite im just doing a practice enclosure for now its for 2 5inch speakersbut its just practice i will post pics soon and i would love if you guys could give me a few tips

when you first start to do fg its sometimes frustrating cause of the time involve, but when you see the finished product, its all worth it. good luck with your first and post some pics.posted_image

For components that small, I learned you should use a lycra type stetchy material (like a lady's bathing suit) because it's very elastic and thin and easy to stretch.  If not, I guess the thinnest fleece possible can also be used too.  Good luck!

wow fiberglass gets strong fast im at 2 layers on my paractice box which is fairly large and i can simply jump on top of it and im fairly heavyset
