I'm on my first project and am almost finished with the glass layers. I don't know what kind of bondo filler to use. There is lightweight and extrastrength type stuff and I don't know what to choose. Also I want to paint the enclosures but I don't have an air compressor so I don't have the luxury of using air brush or anything like that. How can i get a nice finished look (black) without that kind of equipment?
------------- Thanks
Jomar

Go to a paint mixing shop ( like CMAX or NAPA ) and ask them to mix you up a couple of cans of the color that you want in a spray can. Other than that, you can bring your finished project down to a shop and get them to spray it for you.

use the extra strength to do most of yer filling. then the lightweight to smooth it. you will only have to get it to an 80 grit finish if a high build polyester primer is used.
